Facade Restoration

Berkeley Court one of London’s finest residential blocks was built in the 1930s in the Art Deco style. The eight floors residential block has one of the largest roof garden in London. The building over the years has been subjected to the pollution of the environment especially from the main Marylebone Road. The refurbishment works to the façades of Berkeley Court was to clean the façade and to make good and improve the quality of the façade where necessary to ensure that the integrity of the building is to be maintained for many years to come. The works so far includes cleaning, waterproofing, re-decoration, restoration of brick and stone masonry, replacement of windows. Re-welding of waterproofing and cast iron work.  Improvement and updating of the period elevator lift system within the building. Various internal refurbishment of the apartments.
